All video gaming is FREE to play once you enter.
Pay per play for pool, boxing, basketball, bandits and PinBall.
Shuffleboard is free to play with a small refundable deposit.

Our doors will re-open on Saturday 4th July. The risks associated with coronavirus have led to some adjustments in how we will operate, in order to prioritise your safety while visiting. Our adjustments follow extensive consultation with employees, at all levels, and incorporate advice from government and health & safety advisers.
We have introduced strict social distancing throughout all our venues which means we may need to reduce our capacity.
Signage and floor markings will explain everything you need to do to minimise contact with others and still enjoy the same wonderful experience you would expect at ArCains.
Booking is not essential.
When you arrive you please follow the markings on the floor to safely make your way to reception.
Please sanitise your hands using the station on your way in.
Where possible you will need to pay by contactless credit or debit card, but don’t worry at all if you need to pay by cash, we can still let you do that.
A face mask will be provided upon entry to use throughout your visit. The price of this is included in your entry fee.
Hand Gel is available around the venue.
Please use the one way system or keep left where signposted when moving around the venue to arrive/leave or to use the services.
We do that if there is someone using a machine that is not within your family group/bubble that you respect others & leave 1 machine between them & yourselves in order to adhere to government guidelines.
There will be a one-way system at the bar, please follow the floor markings and signs carefully
Please move away from the bar once you receive your order.
Where possible you will need to pay by contactless credit or debit card, but don’t worry at all if you need to pay by cash, we can still let you do that.
Our toilets are all clearly signed to show the rules that are to be followed. Please keep your distance and respect others waiting to use or exit the cubicle or ascend/descend the stairwell.
Please wash and use hand sanitizer on exit. We will have a strict and thorough cleaning process that will be repeated at set intervals throughout the day.
Rigorous new cleaning routines have been introduced for your peace of mind. Bar staff will only touch the bottom of the glass when pouring your drink and we are kindly asking customers not to bring their empty glasses back to the bar, but to leave them in the bins around the venue, please don’t leave them on the machines.
Hand sanitizer stations are located on all entrances and our staff will be doing regular cleaning of tables, glasses, toilets and customer areas throughout the day.
Regular hand washing is a must, a message we have communicated right from the start.
All staff have all undergone face to face and online training on our new serving style and working with customers. Staff have been issued with PPE, including facemasks and gloves for them to use if they wish when they cannot maintain social distancing.
Daily self-declarations by staff will mean they are fit to work. We a COVID-19 risk assessment and trading safely guide to make sure you feel happy and relaxed when you visit.
We cannot wait to welcome you back and staff will be there to show you what to do, where to go and how to order.

Yes there is a large car park which is pay and display for the Cains Brewery Complex.
Please note this car park is a private car park and isn’t operated or owned by ArCains.
Limited on street parking is also available without charge.

No all under 18 must accompanied by a paying adult. We do not offer spectator entrance fees.
Food must be purchased from ArCains, we have lots of options available including Hotdogs, Nachos, Popcorn, Ben & Jerry’s & Pick ‘n’ Mix!

If you are coming along in large groups of over 50 we would advise booking to avoid disappointment.
