DO YOU ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS?
Both cash and card are accepted when paying for entry. However once inside the venue is card only, all bars and food service areas are card only.
CAN WE BRING OUR OWN FOOD?
Guests cannot bring their food or alcohol into the venue.
Guests cannot leave the venue to purchase food, and then re-enter. Once you leave your time in the arcade is over.

IS THERE PARKING?
Yes there is a large car park that caters for the whole brewery village, which is pay and display.
Please note this car park is a private car park and isn’t operated or owned by ArCains.
Limited on street parking is also available without charge.
HOW LONG IS A SESSION?
There are no time restrictions on adult sessions however, the restrictions will be enforced inline with our age limits and timings.
DO I NEED TO BOOK?
No, you don’t need to book.
If you are coming along in large groups of over 20 we would advise booking online to avoid disappointment.
